FrontageRadar · A product by Auroyo
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: September 5, 2026
Please review these terms before creating a workspace or purchasing a subscription. They explain what FrontageRadar provides and the responsibilities that come with using it.
1. About this service
FrontageRadar is a software product provided under the Auroyo brand ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to FrontageRadar, not automatically to other Auroyo products. Questions or concerns can be sent to support@frontageradar.com.
The service is intended for adults using it for business site screening and due diligence. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization or workspace you represent. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices separately.
2. Screening leads and evidence limits
We organize public records and provide search, maps, AI-assisted explanations, shortlists and reports to help identify sites for further investigation. A candidate, score, map boundary, owner record or AI response is a screening lead. It is not legal, surveying, engineering, appraisal, tax or investment advice, a title search, or a permit determination.
Public records and AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Missing restrictions do not establish permission. Results do not establish ownership, land availability, lawful access, visibility, buildability, regulatory compliance or financial return. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by a government agency.
Before contacting an owner, entering land, acquiring rights, applying for a permit or spending money, independently verify relevant facts with current official sources, the relevant authorities, qualified professionals and site inspection as appropriate. Check source dates, jurisdiction, unknowns and limitations in each result.
Available coverage is described on our Coverage page and in the workspace. Counties marked "In preparation" are not included as available coverage. Roadmaps and proposed dates are estimates, not purchase commitments. Choose a plan for what is currently available.
3. Accounts, content and permitted use
Keep login credentials secure, provide accurate account and billing information, and use team seats instead of sharing individual logins. Workspace owners manage membership and billing. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process and display it to your authorized workspace, provide requested features, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Only submit material you are entitled to use; avoid sensitive personal information that the service does not require.
Your plan permits use of the software and its allowed exports for your business screening and due diligence, including sharing permitted reports with colleagues and professional advisers working on your sites. Preserve source attributions and limitations. Underlying public records and third-party material remain subject to their applicable rights and source terms; we do not claim exclusive ownership of public records.
Do not bypass access controls or limits, scrape or bulk extract beyond offered features or a written agreement, resell our software or compiled database, distribute credentials, or use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, unsolicited bulk outreach or other unlawful activity. Public contact details are not consent to marketing.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
The free workspace trial requires no payment card and does not automatically become paid. Paid Solo and Team plans are billed in US dollars monthly at the price shown before purchase and automatically renew until canceled. Stripe hosts payment collection. Any applicable tax charged is shown before payment. Plan capacity, seat and export limits are shown on the Pricing page and in the workspace.
The workspace owner can cancel online in Billing & plans before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; paid access continues until then. Cancellation does not delete your account or automatically refund previous charges. If you cannot access cancellation, email us for help.
Upgrades may charge the prorated difference shown in Stripe. Downgrades normally start next period, subject to seat limits, with no automatic credit for unused time. Review the price and effective date before confirming any change. New prices will not apply retroactively; we will notify affected subscribers before a future price change takes effect and give them an opportunity to cancel.
5. Refunds
You may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge within 7 calendar days of that charge by emailing support@frontageradar.com from your account email, identifying the workspace or invoice. This first-subscription refund is available once per customer; repeated account creation does not restart it. An approved full first-subscription refund ends the associated paid subscription and paid access.
Renewals and unused portions of a billing period are normally non-refundable. This does not limit legally required refunds or remedies. We separately investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and material service failures, and provide appropriate corrections, credits or refunds where warranted. You do not need to waive a legal right or payment dispute right to contact us.
6. Availability, suspension and ending service
We may update features and sources or interrupt service for maintenance, security, provider outages or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every requested source or feature will remain available.
We may restrict access for nonpayment, material misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. If we permanently end a paid service for reasons other than your material breach, we will refund the unused prepaid period and, where lawful and feasible, provide a reasonable opportunity to obtain permitted exports.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and third-party information are provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not override any express commitments we make in these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits or missed business opportunities, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and questions
We will keep an effective date on these terms and notify affected users of material changes before they take effect, except where an urgent legal or security need requires otherwise. Where fresh agreement is required, we will obtain it. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
Please contact support@frontageradar.com with concerns so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require binding arbitration or prevent you from using a court or regulator available under applicable law.
