Know where the evidence is ready before you search.

FrontageRadar opens one market at a time. A market is called supported only after its sources, rules, freshness and user workflow pass the production gate.

Public supported0No market is presented as production-ready yet.
Private pilot1Real workflow, with an explicit validation boundary.
Planned0No public launch date has been promised.

Not public supported coverage yet. The Polk land-use snapshot still uses a validation transport. Results are available for controlled product testing, not commercial permit reliance.

Polk Parkway / SR-570 is currently used to validate special spacing logic; it is not presented as a fully searchable launch corridor.

Every market not listed above is currently unsupported.

That includes the rest of Florida and every other state. If a location appears in a search brief, FrontageRadar keeps it visible as an unsupported criterion instead of silently substituting Polk County.

What “supported” will mean

Production-direct sources, explicit rule limits, freshness checks, evidence links and the complete user workflow all pass together.

How Florida expands

Adjacent counties move from requested to planned only when operator demand and source quality justify the work. We do not publish invented launch dates.
