Find billboard site candidates in Polk County, Florida

Use the same search order as the Radar workspace: describe a site profile, inspect real Polk locations, compare ranked public evidence, then decide what deserves fieldwork. Not signed in means owner/contact data and workspace actions remain private. The public demo does not create a permit conclusion.

Who this is for

Billboard operators and site-acquisition teams screening Polk County corridors

FrontageRadar is designed for OOH operators, site-acquisition managers, real-estate and GIS analysts, permitting and compliance teams, and consultants who need to narrow a large parcel universe before owner outreach or field inspection.

Searchable Polk County roads

The workflow is prepared around I-4, US-17, US-27, US-92, US-98, SR-60. A route appearing here does not mean every parcel is eligible for a billboard; it defines the screening corridor and the evidence scope that still requires jurisdiction and field review.

Sources, review dates and evidence boundaries

The released public showcase was source-reviewed on 2026-09-01. The Polk public pilot covers the core parcel, location, road, AADT, acreage and future-land-use evidence used for the initial screen. FrontageRadar versions those sources so an acquisition team can see what was known when the search ran. Zoning, sign and permit rules, right-of-way, same-side or along-road spacing, visibility, utilities, title and field conditions can remain partial or unknown by jurisdiction. A missing fact remains unknown rather than being inferred as eligible.

What billboard parcel screening can—and cannot—prove

Screening can prioritize corridors, traffic ranges, acreage, broad land-use categories, recorded-billboard proximity and known boundary conflicts. It cannot prove title, sign eligibility, spacing compliance, visibility, constructability, lease economics or permit approval. Those require source review, field verification and professional judgment.

Polk County acquisition case: a US-27 evidence screen near Posner Boulevard

A frozen public-pilot screen surfaced the parcel at 1290 Posner Blvd in Davenport with 75,225 recorded AADT, about 18.10 acres, an RAC future-land-use code and a recorded structure about 1,405 feet away. Those facts explain why the location ranked for review; they do not resolve zoning, sign, permit, right-of-way, visibility, title or lease economics.

From search to acquisition work

  1. Describe the corridor and measurable site profile.
  2. Review up to 10 ranked public candidates, real locations and why each surfaced.
  3. Inspect up to 10 real candidates, then create a workspace for persistent Save, Compare and Tracking.
  4. Restore up to three saved AI artifacts, save candidates and generate a Candidate Brief.
  5. Run owner/contact policy checks separately before any outreach.

Frequently asked questions

Does a result mean a billboard can be permitted?

No. Every result is a research lead with unknowns and a verify-next list, not a permit or legal conclusion.

Are the public candidate locations real?

Yes. Each successful public-pilot search can show up to 10 real Polk candidate locations and fixed non-contact facts. Internal IDs, owner/contact fields, exact match totals and additional results are not sent to the browser.

Can I download results or see owner contacts?

Not anonymously. Save, History, Tracking, persistent Compare, Candidate Brief, PDF, XLSX/CSV, downloads and contact availability require a signed-in workspace. Contact fields remain separately source- and policy-gated after login.

What happens after I register?

Up to three completed AI searches are restored without rerunning the model or subtracting from the workspace's 10 included analyses.

Is FrontageRadar limited to Polk County?

No. Polk County is the current public launch county and guest demo, not a permanent coverage limit. Additional Florida counties will be added county by county only after their sources, release boundaries and evidence gaps are reviewed. Counties that have not passed that review are not presented as searchable.
